It’s important to note the following:
When scheduling a video call with the donor, please understand that this meeting is a critical step in the process, providing both parties the opportunity to discuss important details directly.

If you need to reschedule or cancel the call, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to help avoid any scheduling conflicts.

Please also be aware that there is a $415 fee for arranging the video call. This fee covers administrative and scheduling costs and is non-refundable.
